I know what it feels like to disappear.
Not all at once. Gradually. Quietly. The slow drift away from yourself that happens so incrementally you don't notice until one day you look up and realise you've been gone for years.
I know it because I lived it. And finding my way back — really back, solidly and fully back — is what everything I do is built from.
My name is Victoria. And this is how I came to do this work.
I've been working with bodies, energy and healing for over two decades. It began with somatic work in the early 2000s and has woven through more modalities, trainings and lived experiences than I could list here — each one teaching me something I didn't yet know about what it means to return to yourself.
Already an Usui Reiki Master, I became an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, stepping into a lineage of healing that taught me something I carry into every single session I hold: that even when we have disappeared so far from ourselves we can no longer find our own edges, something still holds us. We are never truly lost. There is always a way back.
And through all of it — the trainings, the treatment rooms, the years of sitting with women in the particular quiet that opens up when someone finally feels safe enough to stop performing - something gradually took shape. A way of understanding what I kept seeing. A name for the pattern. And a methodology for finding the way back.
Because here's what decades of healing work taught me, through my training and through my own life: the mind can understand a pattern completely and still not be free of it. Real change happens in the body. In the nervous system. In the place beneath the words.
That understanding became The Disappearing framework. And The Disappearing became Landing.

The Disappearing is the pattern I see in almost every woman I work with. The slow, quiet leaving of herself - through stress, through grief, through years of putting everyone else first, through experiences that taught her nervous system that staying was dangerous.
It is a pattern I know intimately. Not just professionally. Personally.
I spent years navigating the world from a place of high alert — nervous system jumpy, mind scattered, body bracing. I thought that was just how I was built. I didn't know there was a name for it, or a way back from it, until I found my own Landing.
That journey - messy, nonlinear, deeply embodied - is what gave me the map I now share with other women.
The Landed Woman isn't a methodology I found in a textbook. It's a path I walked myself, then trained to guide others through. Every woman I work with is walking a version of the same journey. And I know - from the inside - that she can find her way back.
I am, at heart, a very grounded woman. A Taurean who finds her feet in nature - my home backs onto a nature reserve, I live rurally, and the rhythms of the natural world are genuinely part of how I stay rooted.
And alongside that groundedness lives something else - a deep, lived knowing that we are held by more than we can see.
My years working with the angelic realm taught me this above everything: that even when a woman has disappeared so completely she cannot find herself, she has not been abandoned. Something is always reaching back toward her. Landing is, in part, the practice of learning to feel that - to trust that she is held, even now, even here, even in this.
That spiritual knowing runs quietly underneath everything I do. It doesn't need to be the headline. But it is always present.

Nearly three decades of learning, practising and deepening - beginning with Reiki in 1999 and winding through traditions that span the somatic, the spiritual and the scientific.
