Landed: The 14-Day Somatic Challenge

Autumn round · Tuesday 20th October to Tuesday 3rd November 2026

Five Live Calls @ 5pm UK · $44 USD / UK Women ~£33

You rehearsed the no, then said yes anyway.

Landed is the 14-day somatic challenge to end self-abandonment and stay with yourself in the moments that count. Across five live Zoom calls I show you the Still Point in your body, the exact moment you can stay with yourself. Then you take it into your own life, to the kitchen table and the phone call. Between calls I'm with you every day in our private Telegram group, with voice notes and answers to your questions.

Along the way you'll meet Maya, the protector who has kept you safe for years, and Amaya, the whole woman underneath. On our final call you'll receive a Violet Flame activation, and your stone becomes an anchor you can pick up long after the fourteen days end to drop straight back into your body.
