The AromaTouch Experience (Clinical Essential Oil Application) 60 Minutes | £78
A specialised application of eight essential oils. Unlike a traditional massage, this treatment uses light, rhythmic touch along the back and precise pressure points on the feet to support internal balance. The After-Care: After your session, we will take a moment to 'land.' I always encourage you to drink plenty of water and, if possible, give yourself 30 minutes of quiet time afterwards to allow the body's shifts to settle in
