The Sole-to-Body Revive (Reflexology) 60 Minutes | £75
A rejuvenating therapy where the whole body is mapped out on the feet. By working on specific reflex points to ease physical tension and encourage natural movement, this session acts as a physical MOT for your body. It helps you feel more grounded, improves circulation, and leaves you with a literal 'spring in your step.'
The Shoulders & Scalp Reset (Indian Head Massage) 60 Minutes | £75
A targeted treatment focused on the areas where we carry the most daily tension: the shoulders, neck, and scalp. Using a range of rhythmic movements, this session helps to release the build-up of stress while uplifting both mind and spirit. If you love the relaxation of a hair salon scalp massage, you will love this part of the session. (This is a massage oil treatment; the use of oil on the scalp is entirely optional).
The Restorative Energy Session (Subtle Energy Regulation) 60 Minutes | £85
A non-invasive, deeply replenishing session to support nervous system regulation. Using a gentle, light touch, I channel healing energy to help settle mental fatigue and physical exhaustion. It is a profound way to guide your nervous system back to a place of natural, easeful rest.

The After-Care: After your session, we will take a moment to 'land.' I always encourage you to drink plenty of water and, if possible, give yourself 30 minutes of quiet time afterwards to allow the body's shifts to settle in
