What to expect at The Sanctuary Room

  • Arrive as you are. Frazzled, weary, or simply in need of a pause - all of it is welcome here. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to perform.

  • A somatic approach. These sessions aren't just about muscular work. We notice where you're holding tension, and we move at your pace - always.

  • A safe, private space. The Sanctuary Room is quiet, dedicated, and completely removed from the demands of the outside world.

  • Time to land afterwards. At the end of every session we take a moment to settle. I always encourage plenty of water and, where possible, 30 minutes of quiet time afterwards to let the shifts land properly.
